[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Updated Android app to comply with latest WebVMT documentation [1] and published this update on 8 August 2023 on Google Play store.
    ii. Continued participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [2] activity to integrate geo-aligned video with HTML using WebVMT and address litter monitoring & wrong-way traffic road network use cases. Developed a WebVMT tool to synchronise the media timeline with Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) using a moving object.

2. Next Steps
    i. Publish WebVMT document [1] as W3C Note.
    ii. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [2] activity to analyse road network use cases.
    iii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [3].
    iv. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [4].
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
