BP5: Issue about literal encoding of coordinate positions / geometries

Dear Josh,

The end note to BP5 [1] (formerly, BP8) includes a point you raised concerning (quoting):

- Clarification on the differences between “coordinate positions” as a literal and the “geometry” as literal; the latter includes additional metadata

Would you be able provide a couple of paragraphs to address this issue? I will then include them in a note to BP5.
