SSN/SOSA - Use of 'Sample' in the wild

SOSA introduces the classes Sample (and Actuator) which was not in the original SSN ontology.
The sampling aspects were inspired by sam-lite, which in turn was an OWL implementation of the Sampling Features module of O&M (as explained in its documentation).

Sam-lite is in use in the IGSN community - see http://54.66.133.7/igsn-ld-api/sample/AU1000011?_view=igsn&_format=text/turtle
