sosa:attachedSystem existed in the old SSN but has been replaced in
sosa.ttl by sosa:hosts, which is defined as follows:

Relation between a Platform and a Sensor or Actuator hosted or mounted on
it.

ssn:System is not defined in sosa. It's defined in the old SSN as follows:

System is a unit of abstraction for pieces of infrastructure for sensing. A
system has components, its subsystems, which are other systems.


What's still missing to the picture is the description of the document that
the old SSN should redirect to.
