Re /ns space. Does it mean in the new OWL-Time spec [1] there is a typo in this file location at https://www.w3.org/TR/owl-time/rdf/time.ttl <https://www.w3.org/TR/owl-time/rdf/time.ttl> ? 
I see /TR instead of /ns.
