Dear Advisory Committee representative,

This update establishes the reference draft of the current W3C Patent
Policy exclusion opportunity for:

- Time Ontology in OWL
   (http://www.w3.org/TR/2016/WD-owl-time-20160712/),
   exclusion opportunity ending on  9 December 2016 23:59 UTC


This specification was produced by the Spatial Data on the Web Working
Group.

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunity, no further action is required. Member participants who think
their organization may have patent claims to exclude should contact their
Advisory Committee Representative.

Participants have until  9 December 2016 23:59 UTC to exclude claims
