Best Practice subgroup: 12-October, 14:00utc

BP subgroup meets again on Wednesday at the _usual_ time of 14:00utc.

Agenda [1]:


   - responding to questions arising from pending WD review
   - prioritising what goes into the _next_ WD
   - sub-group meeting schedule: is 14:00utc (ish) workable for our
   participants?


In particular, looking at item #3, I note that we're europe-centric in our
participation, but the byron & roba are regular participants and
contributors ... can we agree a time that's mutually less inconvenient?
Answers by email appreciated if you can't join us for the meeting itself.

As for item #1, if you've got questions (or suggestions for minor editorial
change) then please bring them!
