Re: Joint SDW paper

hi

I'm happy to sign up and try to contribute. I'm wondering how you are
planning on characterising the BP in the sem web context - maybe by showing
some of the variability in existing implementation, and stating the
principles (BP) which should be applied in trying to solve the problem ,
rather than offering a specific solution and evaluating it?
