Phil - thanks for the minutes of last night's call. Skimming through them, I see a question about possible F2F dates and an action to contact me - thanks for taking my plans into account! I could do all day 15th Dec in either London or Amersfoort, but not 16th Dec, so I'd travel home on evening of 15th. Still, I'd be happy to go for one full day and we could prob get a lot done.
