SSN publication may be 2 days late

Dear all,

While internal wheels turn deep within the machinery of W3C, it's 
possible that the publication of the SSN FPWD will be delayed by 2 days. 
That is, we may not be able to publish it until Thursday.

I'll let you know when I know.
