Re: Open UCR issues for the coverage subgroup ISSUE-18, ISSUE-19, ISSUE-32

Ah yes, see what you mean Kerry - I only had the quickest of looks at these
before I replied and see now that it's the ones we talked about as having
relevance for other strands of work as well as coverage.

So yes, I'm happy to address it in the plenary call this week (I'll be
there).
