Hello all,

With some delay, here is a proposal for adding a new requirement to the UCR

*Requirement:* There should be a recommended way of linking vector
geometry/geometries to the Coordinate Reference System that is used for
positions in the geometry/geometries.

*Related deliverable(s):* Best Practices

*Related use cases:*

   1. Harvesting Local Search Content
   2. Locating A Thing
   3. Publishing Geographical Data
   4. Consuming Geographical Data In A Web Application
   5. Enabling Publication Discovery And Analysis Of Spatiotemporal Data In
   The Humanities
   6. Using Spatial Data From The Web In GIS Systems During Emergency
   Response Operations
   7. Combining Spatial RDF Data For Integrated Querying In A Triplestore
   8. Dutch Base Registry
   9. Dissemination O f3D Geological Data
   10. Publication Of Raw Subsurface Monitoring Data
   11. Linked Data For Tax Assessment
   12. Satellite Data Processing
   13. Marine Observations Data Consumers

   14. Building Information Management And Data Sharing
   15. Crowdsourced Earthquake Observation Information
   16. TCGA Microscopy Imaging
   17. CropYieldEstimationUsingMultipleSatellites
   18. GeospatialExtensionsToDomainIndependentMetadataSchemas

I plan to add this requirement at the end of this week, if there are no
