Meetings over the Summer

Hello All,

Thanks for your feedback, it seems the best approach is to continue the
calls as planned over the summer accepting that there may be fewer people
on some calls, and that teams can call off a meeting if it does not appear
viable.

To make this work please make sure agendas are sent out in good time and
that your regrets are posted as soon as possible if you know you cannot
make a meeting.
