I’ve just pushed an update to the SOSA Core ontology

in particular https://github.com/w3c/sdw/blob/simon-ssn/ssn/rdf/sosa.ttl


This includes the hierarchy shown on the wiki page https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/wiki/SOSA_Ontology

I’ve cleaned up the class names a bit, and added documentation on all elements.
