For item 1 we propose publishing the Ed Draft http://w3c.github.io/sdw/time/  dated 28 June 2016 for our  owl-time deliverable.  If you cannot come to the meeting, please indicate your support for  publishing as W3C first public working draft/ OGC Discussion document by  email to the list with a +1 (you can reply to this) prior to  the meeting.
