I have just implemented  what was asked for in the London meeting for eo-qb https://www.w3.org/2016/12/15-sdw-minutes#item01 . There is a pull request waiting for approval by Bill (Bill - we didn't talk about this but it seems like a good idea, and I'd appreciate someone to make a quick check, but you are welcome to ignore it).

I also very slightly rewrote  pre-existing issue-100  to address the concern in London.  And I Americanized the spelling and validated and repaired the html.

Phil:  for eo-qb we also need to decide where to put the referenced rdf more permanently --- but that can wait for another day.  It is pointed to on github at present.

AFAIAC it is all done.
