Re: Georeferenced sensor and coverage data

Sure, sensor and coverage data are different! But from the perspective of
the "spatial data on the Web" requirements, a unique requirement on adding
a georeference to spatial data is valid. In any case, I am fine with two
separate requirements, as it is now.
