Re: Temporal reference system

Hi Frans,

I used the verb "specify" to avoid being redundant, i.e. "reference the
temporal reference system". I would be happy with "It should be possible to
specify the temporal reference system used".

Wrt your final proposal, I am not in favour of reqs. demanding for
standards ;)
