Hello Alejandro,

I think the Quality metadata requirement
<http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html#Linkability>
can
be merged with the Spatial metadata
<http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html#SpatialMetadata>
requirement. Spatial resolution is already mentioned there. If there are
other spatial quality metadata we could add them there.
