Subject: Frozen copy?

Hi everyone, I'm with Denise McKenzie at a TC211 meeting, talking about the FPWD of the UCR.

Bottom line: please let me know when the doc is frozen. I need to update the copy that the OGC is voting on to include the changes made. There's no probelm with this, we just need 'the version'. Once I have the frozen copy, editing can recommence.
