Re: compound use cases

Hello Alejandro, Kerry,

I think we need to revisit this subject. The '101 Smart City use cases'
issue has been resolved, with Payam having selected a few use cases, which
were then included in the UCR document. But the 'various sensor use cases'
issue has not been tackled yet, I think. I was under the impression that
ACTION-21 <https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track/actions/21> was about
Kerry doing the same kind of cherry picking that Payam has done, to arrive
at list of use cases that is short while managing to indicate all
requirements. Is my understanding correct?
