Hi, the model reuse requirement is about not reinventing the wheel. Simon put O&M and SoilML as examples of widely-adopted data models that we should look at before re-modelling the SSN ontology or creating a model for Coverage in Linked Data. To be honest, the model reuse requirement sounds to me more like something to have into account within the group than a requirement for Spatial Data on the Web. So I am fine with removing it from the UCR document.
