Re: Meeting Announcement for SDWWG: 18 February 2015 20:00 GMT

Dear Kerry, all,

Regarding item 4: I am not sure I understand the exact purpose of the
Scope questions and Requirements page
<https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/wiki/Scope_questions_and_Requirements>.
I see it is about making sure use cases and requirements are in scope,
but some more explanation would be welcome for me. Perhaps an
introduction can be added?

Some things I would like to know are:

 1. Is this about accepting or rejecting use cases? Why should use cases
be selected? Can't we just consider them all?
 2. What does it mean that a question is resolved (question 1 is
    resolved at the moment)?
 3. Can item four be phrased as a question?
 4. Items two and three seem to be about requirements instead of use
cases. Does this mean that if a use case has derived requirements
that fail these tests, the use case is rejected?

Regards,
Frans
