Rigo, Can I ask you please to case your legal eye over http://www.w3.org/TR/2015/NOTE-sdw-ucr-20151217/#IncorporatingGeospatialDataIntoInteractive3DGraphicsOnTheWeb (You need to click to expand the text). This includes some examples of 3D graphics that use code contributed under MIT licence and that, we have from the author of one snippet, the public domain [1]. All the files are available in the GH repo at [2]. Anything to worry about here please? (As you can see, this is scheduled for publication a week today). Thanks Phil.
