Hi Phil, you're basically right. However, the reference given in the source code refers only to the origin of the algorithm used. Nonetheless, we needed to re-implement / port the original C++ snippets from flipcode to JavaScript. Obviously, there is no "best way to bundle examples" with the document ;-) If required, I can trigger an inquiry about the unclear terms of using this snippets. Everything else is available under MIT licensing.
