https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=29377 Bug ID: 29377 Summary: Overwriting JavaScript internal methods Product: WebAppsWG Version: unspecified Hardware: PC OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: WebIDL Assignee: cam@mcc.id.au Reporter: annevk@annevk.nl QA Contact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-script-coord@w3.org Target Milestone: --- For https://github.com/annevk/html-cross-origin-objects/blob/master/Location.md I need to overwrite the internal methods of the Location object. Should there be some language around this that makes it fit in with IDL? Perhaps IDL should expressly allow this? (Though also discourage it for almost everything, but the couple cases where we need it due to legacy...) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
