In 3.2.6. "Overloading",
in the effective overload set algorithm,
step 5.7.2 says:
Otherwise, add to S the tuple <X, t0..i−1, o0..i−1>.
where both occurrences of "i-1" are italicized.
But only the occurrences of "i" should be italicized.
