Hey Alvaro,

Feel free to use the markup, I don't think anyone is going to deprecate
Service any time soon.  Google Search consumes schema where we can provide
value to the user (and eventually us), not just because something exists on
the web.  We don't have a feature for every possible website or schema
type.  However, your particular case seems like as a user I might be
searching for a particular business type/description, so maybe you would be
better off using LocalBusiness/Organization markup.
