For Service Type supported by Google

Hello dear Community,

I want to express my desire that Google supports Service Type and to be 
included in its 'Structured data markup that Google Search supports' > 
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/search-gallery?hl=en

I know in this email list are listed Dan Brickley and Ryan Levering and 
I would like to address them a little bit.

All of us talk about taxonimies, context, sets and subsets... and even 
Adidas is not a product, Adidas is company who have a sneaker 
manufacturing service: all companies are service provider.

So, the upper set of all market companies are service providers.

I know a product can be also a service:

But when you try to explain a service within Prodct schema Type, and 
test it in Rich Results Test by Google > 
https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

It is mandatory to add Price, PriceCurrency, TransitTime, inStock... 
(forgive my mistakes), that doesn't match with services reallity.

What about am I seeking for a fruit juice producer to make my own orange 
jucie brand? Where is it in Supported by Google Structured Data? Or MGB 
restoration specialists? Or SEO Consultant, like me?

I'm doing or building schemas that are not supported by Google, with the 
hope many of us do the same: service is more clearly

I have heard several times: "as the community doesn't supported it, 
Google (&Schema) deprecated it/them".
