AFAIK, Makolab is still interested in extending the financial schema.org<http://schema.org> extension. I'd like to collaborate with this group, but I'm not sure the best way to proceed. I have a small team of 4-5 people that are willing to contribute their subject matter expertise and help develop the standardized way of describing different financial products such as insurance, bonds, baskets of assets, real estate, royalties, etc. We wouldn't attempt to do them all at the same time, of course, but a couple of the simpler ones could be started on very soon.
