Re: Cable Car & Chairlifts

We should move discussions of specific proposals to GitHub. Not everyone
follows this list and it is easier to track the relationship of pull
requests to the original discussions.

With that said, I think there is a difference between a gondola used solely
to get one up a mountain to ski and something like the Emirates Air Line in
London or the proposed East River Skyway in New York, so I would not
combine the types.
