So you have only 1 type...hmm, and not an MTE (Mutli type Entity)...
there's much more to say about "72 Golden Eagle, Irvine"....

It is a http://schema.org/Accomodation and specifically a
http://schema.org/House that is offered for sale.
It is has a virtual view.
It has an approximate appraised market value.
It is a Product that is offered. For example, Trulia does these kinds of
snippets for that part...

It has various amentiies...a pool, a decked garden, a 4 car garage, 9
acres, 2 storage sheds, blah.... these things are being discussed now under
our Real Estate collaboration efforts (others can point you to how
Matterport can become part of that ongoing discussion and alignment)

I would approach this from the perspective of the http://schema.org/Offer
first....and then bolt together everything underneath that...after
all...Matterport's business is about helping Home sellers and Agencies find
a buyer for the offered home or piece of real estate :)
