Schema Request

Hi,

I tried joining the W3 account to do this the traditional way but their
google captcha was failing. I am wondering if you have anything in the
works to provide a schema for Congress bills? I am building a website to
post proposed bills in congress and it doesnt seem to fit any of the
current criteria.
