There is the notion of Simple lists which can be done inside any Text type
and using a comma to separate the elements in the list.  (I think we have
mentioned this before somewhere in our docs and examples.  'apples,
oranges, pears'  and is understood by all search engines although this
method doesn't give a whole lot of extra meaning other than a list of fruit
terms.
