PalliativeProcedure stemming from 2 parent Types.

Should PalliativeProcedure really be classified as both a Therapy and
Procedure ?  I am ok with saying that out loud... however, I don't see the
need to really even express that in Schema.org.

What do others think ?  Shall we keep it under MedicalTherapy to ease usage
and clean things up ?
