There are three schemas that come to mind:

LodgingReservation 
<https://generator-1260.appspot.com/LodgingReservation>, WebApplication 
<https://generator-1260.appspot.com/WebApplication> and Hotel 
<https://generator-1260.appspot.com/Hotel>

You can combine these. Your website is a webapplication. You offer 
lodging reservations for hotels.

The links go to the schema generator I've created. You can use/adapt the 
microformats (or JSON or Rdfa) generated in your website.
