Re: Relation between course and web resource

Thanks for adding http://www.fife.ac.uk/student/courses/course/HCACC to 
the list of examples. It looks like a good one for working up examples. 
I agree that we should avoid requiring a separate page for each course 
offering, and in this case I would hope that the rows of the table at 
the bottom could be marked up as offerings.
