Political assassination

Got a question....

Say., a person has been subject to a form of Political assassination.  What
is the appropriate and lawful way to respond, if too poor, to wage legal
cases against those who are wrong.

Say, for instance, it may associate also; to the human rights of others,
human trafficking for instance....

without exposing the images or media one might have about the situation;
how does one seek justice?

as to ensure others are not supported in climbing upon the benefits of
wrongs put upon others....

let me know..

Is there some sort of private recourse available?  who do you provide the
evidence to, as to respond, if at all?
