N3 credentials

Was looking at the archive.org records of https://www.w3.org/2000/10/swap/

Anyone done any notes or have any thoughts about applying "creds" (vc)
works, using N3?

Maybe the political works on #rulesascode (

benefit...

Help with the provenance (inter-national or inter-juristional) support
stuff In the process...?

Therein; is there any known POC (or documentation?) (It was something I've
thought about since the Webid vs. identity credential battles, that
occurred now some time ago...).
