Re: CERN involvement in the W3C WebAC WG

Thank you Melvin. This is very useful. Open data is open:-D but we have 
other applications with access control. Is the work finalised or does 
W3C propose technical changes that become standards? In order to have 
any chance for my proposal to be considered by the CERN IT management, I 
need to know whether WebAC involves people still meeting, writing, 
reviewing... to understand how much time/effort is required from the 
developers for this standardisation work (if this work is still on-going).
