Sure! That's the result of the CA network centralization and its 
inherent myopia.

Make the PKI web-like (or webby) and we realign with the real-world 
where a Govt. (or any other agency) has to follow due process should 
they need to seize private property such as:

1. private key
2. entity relationship semantics used to construct data access policies 
and acls
3. your mind.

Privacy continues to demonstrate why Web 2.0 is dead. Basically, good 
riddance to bad rubbish !!
