There's a proposal for a new Linked Data Platform (LDP) Working Group beeing chartered [2], for which LDBP is an initial contribution : "The starting point for this group is the W3C Submission Linked Data Basic Profile 1.0." so I guess we'd have to wait until LDP is launched to be able to discuss LDBP in details... At least this is my understanding of the process, so far. Maybe you can still send your comments to <public-ldp@w3.org> anyway (see also https://twitter.com/#!/sspeiche/status/192303203646308352 for that specific matter) ?
