wiki

Tantek convinced me we should work on the W3C wiki instead of a 
group-only wiki, in order to allow more lightweight participation. So I 
made an initial page:

    https://www.w3.org/wiki/RTOS

You may want to visit that page and click on the star so that changes to 
the page appear in your watchlist, and you may want to go to your 
preferences and select "Email me when a page or file on my watchlist is 
changed".

If you make related wiki pages, please name them like 
https://www.w3.org/wiki/RTOS/foo and link to them from RTOS.
