openrdf stream sail impl

hi,

while i'm not totally sure i'm up to speed with the definition of "stream"
in this community group i'd like to let you know anyways, that we are
experimenting with an openrdf sail implementation (extension actually) that
is capable of streaming data (java8 streams)..

depending on the source of the stream this impl could also create a
constant stream of bindingsets (statements) (=live stream).

note that the impl is absolute and pre-alpha... but gives an idea what
openrdf interfaces and impls need to be touched when creating a sail impl
with stream capabilities.
