Re: editorial reviews and announcements -- Re: Heads up for AI-Accessibility Call for Consensus and Messaging

+RQTF (and dropping Jason and Scott from direct cc's)

Thanks, Shawn! We're also excited to be getting this work out to our
wider audience!
And Hello Tamsin:

The Abstract and Introduction are very much ready for review. Much work
went into editing those last week. They've been stable since the
weekend, and the text was approved by RQTF on today's call before the
RQTF RESOLVED: to ask APA for a CfC.

That CfC is now ongoing on the APA-Admin list with already one editorial
comment:

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-apa-admin/2025Mar/0000.html

Also, Jason has updated our Editor's Note about future plans in the
github version of this document--which is not the frozen copy we use for
CfC. We allow ourselves editorial changes during CfC according to the
APA Decision Policy.

PS: Those of us preferring git and gh for CLI access can track messaging
by cloning the wai-reviews-and-announcements repository in the W3C
organization on github as follows:

git clone git@github.com:w3c/wai-reviews-and-announcements.git

From there all the usual gh commands work as you'd expect, e.g.

gh issue list

PPS: I was curious, so I checked. It is possible still to use Lynx for
github even with dual-factor authentication. I just succeeded with that
venerable ancient browser!

Best,
Janina
