Editorial updates to Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI

As agreed to during today’s Task Force meeting, I made the following changes to the draft.

  *   Added Josh as an editor.
  *   Revised the Editor’s Note outlining future work to add greater specificity, based on Task Force discussions and Josh’s proposal.
