Re: Proposal for First Public Working Draft of Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI

Hi,

Just updating to refresh our timeline ...

Matthew would like to present our FPWD during the upcoming AC meeting in
April.

It would be best if we're actually FPWD published when he presents.

It will take 2-3 weeks to actually publish, once APA approves.

So, we need:

*	A resolution from RQTF requesting APA conduct a Call for
*	Consensus (CfC) to publish no later than our meeting on Wednesday 12 March.

*	Messaging for the publication concluded with management no later
*	than the APA CfC.

So, if that's the calendar, we need the additional Editor's Notes in
place by our call on 12 March! So, just a little pressure! :)

Best,
Janina

If that could be done on list then I'd be in favour of it as once we're agreed to progress to 1PWD we then have certainty to progress all the messaging as proposed.

An Editor's Note can be added that identifies topics not yet addressed in the draft and which foreshadows a likely reorganization of the document.
