[Maturity Model] Draft PR #72

Hi all,

After the meeting I was able to work on the right version of the file and get the changes added to a draft PR for you to view. However, I was not able to @notify Sheri or Jeff about the change or add them as reviewers so I can introduce the rest of the GitHub process to them. Is there some issue with permissions with the move of the content in the new APA repository space or if their GitHub id’s aren’t connected with W3C’s GitHub space?
