Immersive Environments section of Synchronization Accessibility User Requirements

Thanks to Steve for proposing revised text this afternoon for the Immersive Environments section of Synchronization Accessibility User Requirements.
I have copied Steve’s proposal (with minor changes) into a Git branch, and revised the Editor’s Note accordingly. Review and comments are welcome. The plan is to make whatever further changes are suggested, then to merge this text into the main branch.
