Some suggestions for the draft announcement text: In the message to the WAI Interest Group, "W3C is calling for implementations of" should read "review" rather than "implementations". The overview section of the message to the Interest Group is empty, but it should contain a brief statement of what the document addresses. I think there is some duplication of content in the blog post (e.g., describing the limitations of point-in-time conformance evaluations) that should be removed prior to publication.
